. . . . .or worse yet, are you paying to store it? Is it just too much trouble to load your rv and drive for hours to "camp out"? Well, we have an idea for you that might just make you ready and eager to use your Rv again.
As much as we all love "camping", it can be a lot of work. We "campers" all know the drill. First you have to pack . . .{and load} everything you may need while on your trip.
Then you've got to hitch the rv to your vehicle. Next, everybody loads into the car or truck and you drive for hours {or days} to get to your destination. When you arrive, your work is just beginning. You have to register at the park office and find an available lot {maybe even one that you like}. The Rv has to be parked, leveled and set up. By the time you get settled, it's been a long day. And when your trip ends, it's back on the road again, and then .. .when you get home. . .the unpacking.
What if it was as simple as just getting into your car and driving out to the lake.
What if, your rv was all set up,ready and waiting for you when you got there? No registering at the office, parking, leveling, putting out slides, etc.
That's the way we do things at Indian Creek. We're not an "overnight" park with rv's moving in and out, day and night. We rent by the year. If we have a space open, we will occasionally rent by the month during the winter.
Indian Creek sits on seven and a half clean and manicured acres of huge oaks, with a wide deep creek that wraps around the park and goes into Lake Fork just as it leaves the park.
On those seven and a half acres, there are only 23 Rv lots. Even during holidays, it's never crowded or noisy at Indian Creek.
When you lease a lot at Indian Creek, it is your "lake home". Even if you take your rv for a trip, no one else uses your lot. It's waiting for you when you get back.
The management does all the mowing and weed eating. All you have to do is relax and enjoy!
The owners, Sandi & Ron live here . When we rent a site, we realize that we're "picking our neighbors" and we think we've done a good job of it. Our customers are a great, friendly group who {like us}want a clean, quiet "Lake Home".
Most of us are in the "over fifties group"and there are flags flying at almost every house in the neighborhood.
You may as well know ahead of time that the wildest things you'll find at Indian Creek are the deer, squirrel, rabbits, raccoons, egrets, blue herons and wild ducks that raise their family right here in the creek each spring. We also have a family of otters and once in a while we see a beaver swim by.
It's definitely not a "party park", but we can get up a good "cook-out" and a card or domino game when we want to!

The fishing dock has a fish cleaning station with clean water and electricity. It has picnic tables and lots of room for fishing.

The boat ramp launches into a deep wide creek that is so wind protected that you can fish the creek in any weather. The creek wraps around the park and goes into Lake Fork just as it leaves the park. If you leave the creek in your boat and turn right, it's just a little way to the 515 bridge. If you go left, you'll go to the 154 bridge.

Indian Creek Retreat
